BlueUnlimited.
A dedicated line that sends your texts as blue bubble iMessage and carries unlimited calling. No A2P registration, no campaign approval to wait on, and no per message fees. It runs alongside your CallBack subscription as a separate add-on at $299 a month for your first line.
What the line
includes.
One price covers everything you send and every call you make on the line.
Unlimited means no message count and no per message fee. Each line can start conversations with up to 50 new contacts a day. A contact counts toward that 50 on every day you message them until they reply. Once a contact replies, messaging them is not limited. Calling has no published minute cap and is subject to the provider's and carriers' fair use and anti-abuse policies. The full fair use policy is in the Blue Unlimited Terms.
- Unlimited calls and unlimited texts on your own dedicated line
- Blue bubble iMessage delivery, with automatic SMS for everyone else
- No A2P campaign registration to wait on. You still need each person's consent before you text them, the same as on any line.
- No per message fees. One flat price no matter how much you send
- No Mac and no phone to buy, and nothing of yours to keep powered on for a message to send
- Outbound texting included at $299 a month for your first line, with no activation fee and no term commitment
The monthly price is not
the whole bill.
The cheapest way to get a blue bubble line is to run it yourself, on a Mac you buy and keep powered on. That is hardware you pay for once and a machine you babysit forever, and neither one shows up in a monthly price.
Other platforms
a month
The cheapest monthly prices in this category come from platforms that run on a Mac you own and keep running.
- Hardware you buy first
- An M1 or newer Mac mini with 16 GB of RAM, and an iPhone 11 or newer. At current store prices that is $899 plus $699, so $1,598 before the first message goes out.
- What you keep running
- The Mac. It stays powered on and connected, with the messaging app running.
- When it stops
- Outbound messages queue while the Mac is offline and send when it wakes up.
- Your Apple ID
- Yours. Their own pages say the Apple ID, the number and the Mac stay yours.
- Getting started
- One time activation runs $335 and $449 at two of the hosted platforms in this category.
- Fair use limits
- Set by each platform, and several of them publish exact daily numbers.

- None of yours is involved. The line is provisioned on the provider's side.
- Getting started
- No activation fee and no term commitment. It switches on from your CallBack account.
- Fair use limits
- Unlimited messages by count. Fifty new conversations a day per line, with no published minute cap and no cap on messages to people who have already replied to you.
- Additional lines
- Priced separately. Ask about additional lines
Plenty of platforms in this category charge less a month than $299. The cheapest of them charge the least because you supply the hardware and you keep it running. At current store prices the Mac mini and the phone those platforms ask for come to $1,598 before the first message goes out, and the Mac has to stay awake for anything to send. Blue Unlimited needs no hardware from you, and nothing of yours stays awake for a message to go out.
On volume, the number is fifty new conversations a day per line. There is no published minute cap and no cap on messages to people who have already replied to you. It is written into the Blue Unlimited Terms.
Your first line runs $299 a month. Additional lines are priced separately, so reach out and we will get you the current rate. Ask about additional lines.
Platform prices read from each vendor's own published pricing on 09/30/2026. Hardware prices read from apple.com the same day. Those prices are theirs to change.

Billed monthly in advance to the card on your account, separate from your CRM subscription. No setup fee and no term commitment. Applicable taxes are added where required. The line is reserved and provisioned after payment, and we reach out as soon as it is live.
Your first month is prepaid today. We have up to 14 days to make your line live in your CallBack account, and if it takes longer than that, your paid month starts on the day the line goes live and runs 30 days from there.
Cancel anytime in the billing portal or by emailing billing@callbackcrm.com from the address on your account. Canceling releases the line's phone number, which is why it is handled through billing and not inside the CRM. The full policy on numbers, fair use, and protected health information is in the Blue Unlimited Terms.
The add-on needs an active CallBack subscription. If the CallBack subscription ends, every add-on line on the account ends with it.
