A2P RegistrationAuthorization.

Last updated: September 24, 2026

1. Overview

This A2P Registration Authorization ("Authorization") governs the submission of an Application-to-Person (A2P) registration on your behalf by CallBack LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). A2P registration with The Campaign Registry (TCR) is required by United States carriers before business text messaging can be sent from your CRM account.

You accept this Authorization by affirmatively checking each of the agreement statements in Section 2 on the A2P registration form and submitting the form. Each statement is a separate agreement, each is required, and each is recorded individually with your submission. This Authorization is governed by and incorporates the Company's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. The Agreements

The following are the agreement statements presented on the A2P registration form, verbatim. Where a statement names the Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, the form presents those names as links to the documents.

2.1 Terms and Privacy

I agree to the CallBack Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2.2 Text Message Consent

By providing my phone number, I agree to receive text messages from CallBack about my account and my A2P registration.

2.3 Application and Maintenance Charges

I understand that the A2P application is a paid application with ongoing maintenance charges from The Campaign Registry (TCR), that these charges will be collected by CallBack solely for the purposes of paying them, and that CallBack does not profit off the charges for A2P approval or maintenance.

2.4 Domain and DNS Authorization

I acknowledge that in order to submit the A2P application for approval, CallBack will need to obtain a website domain for the approval site. I authorize CallBack to obtain this domain on my behalf as well as configure DNS related to this domain for the purposes of A2P approval as well as ongoing CRM account management and functionality. I understand that obtaining the domain will cost a registration fee and that the domain will be a yearly charge unless canceled prior to renewal.

2.5 No Guarantee of Approval

I understand that there is no guarantee of approval, and that should I be approved, my approval for A2P can be revoked at any point by The Campaign Registry (TCR).

2.6 Messaging Compliance Responsibility

I agree to follow A2P compliant messaging, while also following TCPA regulations and all other laws pertaining to messaging from my CRM account. I acknowledge that I am responsible for the compliance of all messages sent from my account, and that CallBack is not responsible for any violations of A2P compliance, TCPA regulations, or any other laws regarding the messaging sent from my account.

3. Fees and Pass-Through Charges

The A2P application fee and TCR's ongoing campaign maintenance charges are set by The Campaign Registry and the carriers, not by the Company. The Company collects these charges from you solely to pay them onward and does not profit from A2P application or maintenance charges. Amounts may change upstream without notice; the Company will pass through the then-current charges.

4. Domain and DNS Authorization

Carrier vetting requires a live website associated with the registered business. Your authorization in Section 2 permits the Company to purchase a domain on your behalf for your approval site and to configure DNS records for that domain, both for A2P approval and for the ongoing operation of your CRM account (for example, email sending and tracking records). The domain is used for your account and is not repurposed for any other customer.

Obtaining the domain costs a registration fee, and the domain renews as a yearly charge for as long as it remains on your account. The renewal charge stops only if the domain is canceled prior to its renewal date. You can cancel the domain at any time by emailing billing@callbackcrm.com; note that canceling the domain can affect A2P approval status and CRM functionality that depends on it, as described above.

5. Approval and Revocation

A2P approval is decided by The Campaign Registry and the carriers. The Company prepares and submits the application but does not control the outcome, the review timeline, or continued approval. An approval may be revoked by TCR or a carrier at any time, including for messaging conduct after approval. Application and maintenance charges already incurred are not refundable on denial or revocation, because they are collected and paid onward as described in Section 3.

6. Your Messaging Compliance Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the messages sent from your account, including compliance with A2P messaging rules, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and equivalent state laws, consent and opt-out obligations, quiet hours, and any rules applicable to your industry. The Company is not responsible for violations arising from your messaging.
